Because Rift Supply products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

To request support, include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos if applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
